This is the official website of Frankie's student residence, located next to the park and just 5 minutes walk from the Cooperative State University away. Here are some details to the hostel.

The lease firmly closed to at least 6 months. You can have your room but also ensure the same for 3 years, then you can make it even as you please. By that I mean stress, for example in a different color. It is then for 3 years your little apartment and not just a white room in a dorm. In fact, one can say that we are one big family here.

small room (about 13 - 15 m²) 190 €
large room (approx. 18 - 22 m²) 230 €
In theory stages or sub-letting of the room come again € 55 utilities (electricity, water, heating, garbage ,...) per month to do so. If you want to sublet your room, I will help you like it.
